Open Notepad and copy the below code and save as locker.bat. On first click, it will create folder with name Locker automatically. Don't forget to change your password in the code; it is shown as "type your password here".
After creation of Locker folder, again click on the locker.bat it will ask.press Y then Locker folder will be disappeared. To get back the folder click on locker.bat. and give ur password.

Using only DOS commands, nice.
However, it doesn't really lock anything. Just sets a few attributes to hide the folder and make it a system folder.
Anyone with access to the dos prompt (Start > Run > cmd) can undo it.
Good work though. It does show originality.
